• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including our audio streaming library, playlists, and personalization features
• Deliver email and/or SMS updates you requested, including new track notifications, weekly listening recommendations, and partner audio wellness deals
• Personalize your listening experience, including Frequency Finder recommendations and curated playlists
• Manage your account, including saved favorites, playlists, and listening history
• Send transactional messages and—where you have opted in—send partner offers and promotions
• Measure engagement, listening patterns, and improve content relevance and platform performance
• Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, abuse, or technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations and maintain appropriate records

We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose information only as described below:

When you sign in with Google, we receive your public profile information (name, email address, profile picture) from Google. We use this information solely to:

• Create and manage your Onyx Sound Lab account
• Display your name and avatar in the platform
• Associate your favorites, playlists, and listening history with your account
• Pre-fill forms where applicable

We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any data beyond basic profile information. You can revoke Onyx Sound Lab's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.

Our audio library includes tracks provided by third-party services such as Jamendo. When you stream audio through our platform:

• Audio files are delivered from third-party content delivery networks (CDNs)
• We do not share your personal information with audio content providers
• Track metadata (title, artist, album) is provided by these services and displayed on our platform
• Your listening history and preferences are stored only within our systems and are not shared with content providers

Music on our platform is provided under Creative Commons licenses. Attribution to original artists is displayed on the platform as required by applicable licenses.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

• delivering subscriptions and providing the Services
• maintaining your account, favorites, playlists, and listening history
• maintaining consent and opt-out/suppression records
• security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution
• legal and compliance obligations

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data, favorites, playlists, and listening history within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate compliance purposes (such as opt-out records).

Do we use "cookies"? Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your device through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember settings and preferences (audio player state, volume, preferred categories)
• Understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, tracks played, time spent)

Do Not Track: "Do Not Track" signals are not uniformly standardized. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Payments/transactions note: Onyx Sound Lab is primarily a free audio streaming and subscription service. If you choose to purchase products or services from third-party partners via links on our site, those transactions are typically processed through the partner's checkout or their payment gateway provider; payment card details are generally not stored or processed on Onyx Sound Lab servers.

Depending on your state of residence and our processing activities, you may have rights such as:

• Right to know/access: request information about personal data we collected, used, or disclosed
• Right to delete: request deletion of certain personal data, including your account, favorites, playlists, and listening history
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal data

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
